Yes.  A fee of $75 will apply for a same day delivery. Tanks below 10% are automatically assessed a same day delivery fee.

If a tank runs out of propane and loses pressure, a $75 leak test is necessary.  The service technician will need to gain access inside the home to relight the pilots.  Therefore, someone over 18 years of age must be present to let the technician into the home. After hours, weekend and holiday deliveries are assessed a minimum fee of $250.

No.  The price quoted when ordered is the price per gallon of the delivery.  We do not charge enrollment, hazmat, fuel fees, etc.

We accept, cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and energy drafts for payment on account.  Payments may be processed over the phone, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Invoices for residential deliveries are due 30 days from the date of the invoice, as long as credit requirements are met.  Customers who do not meet the credit requirements must pay in the office or over the phone prior to delivery.

We offer a budget program that runs from August through May.   Fuel usage is split into 10 monthly payments.  The enrollment deadline for the budget program is August 31st.

Prepay is a program where customers can purchase all of the gallons for the next heating season at a set price.  The minimum purchase for this program is 500 gallons.  All gallons are bought up-front in one lump payment.  Prepay enrollment begins in summer and is open until August 31st.  *Exclusions apply.

We do not repair furnaces; however, we will recommend a local company to assist you.

Yes.  Customers must provide a copy of the proof of ownership or bill of sale for the tank.  In addition, a leak test must be performed prior to the first fill of the tank.

There is a one-time fee of $1.00 plus tax to lease the tank.  For a new tank set, customers will be responsible for a mechanical permit fee, which varies by county.  The lease includes 25 feet of gas line and trenching at no charge.  Gas line and trenching over 25 feet will be an extra cost and is the responsibility of the customer.  The cost of the propane is also the responsibility of the customer.
